Yummy destination café at the Hawksfield site on the Atlantic Highway just outside of Wadebridge
This place has become somewhat of a regular hangout for us now. Voted best café in the Southwest by readers of Food Magazine for the Food Reader Awards 2016 it never disappoints. From American pancakes for breakfast to “burger and bike night” for dinner it’s always enticing us for yet another visit.

Hawksfield is just outside of Wadebridge past the showground and just after the turning to Padstow. It’s an old fuel station, which has been developed into a great destination for a bite to eat and some shopping. On site they also have Jo and Co interiors, Wadebridge Flowers who did the flowers for Poldark, The Arc Speciality Food Store to name just a few of the main attractions.

We would highly recommend this quirky and cool café for a delicious experience and fantastic views across the Cornish landscape. With its surf and bike magazines on hand it attracts a great vibe of clientele.
Both dog and baby friendly it’s the perfect hangout to enjoy a coffee and cake, lunch or their full English.
