Apple Tree House is a private, spacious and comfortable semi-detached cottage with the owners of Butterwell Farm. It offers stunning views over the river and across to the famous Camel Valley Vineyard.
Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/diner & lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The log burner and log store are at your disposal for a cosy and comfortable stay. There is a Modern “smart TV” with integrated viewing apps including Netflix and iPod dock with DAB radio. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a front enclosed porch area.
The large king size master bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The bedroom features double aspect windows, a beautiful window box with stunning views over the gardens, down to the river and across to the vineyard.
Upstairs there is a second bedroom available as a super king or twin with en-suite (shower over bath). It has garden and river views.
The downstairs bedroom is available as a super king bed or twin. This bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with shower over bath.
If you are booking this cottage as the one or two bedroom option you will be able to select which bedrooms and bed-set up you require in the booking process.
There is a private fully-enclosed garden with a BBQ, swing-set for the kids and a spacious bike/rod shed with space for up to 6 bikes and accessories.
There is a baby gate fitted between the kitchen and lounge and also at the top of the stairs. There is also a door in between the lounge and downstairs hallway/stairs.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but they should be kept on a lead when outside of the enclosed garden.
EXTRA CAPACITY: Infants (under 2) are accepted above the maximum capacity. Please select as a booking extra on the online booking form if you require a cot (120x60cm – bring your own bedding) or high-chair, which are free of charge. If you require an extra single fold out bed for an extra adult or child please select this as a booking extra on the online booking form, and do not include this person in the total requested capacity. An extra bed is charged at £30 for the whole stay including linen and towels.
